We do not directly provide loans or financial products but refer you to our partner NBFCs. The final decision on loan approval and terms rests solely with the respective NBFC partner.

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You must also be a resident of India and meet any specific eligibility criteria set by our NBFC partners for their respective products.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out any forms on the Site. You understand that providing false or misleading information may lead to rejection of your application or legal action.
  • Consent for Communication: By checking the consent box, you explicitly authorize Valuemaker.in and its NBFC partners to send you notifications and communications via SMS, RCS, Call, Email, and WhatsApp regarding your application, promotional offers, and other relevant information.
  • Lawful Use: You agree to use the Site and its services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Valuemaker.in or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
